Carpet Cleaning Issues?

Lately I have been contacted by a lot of unpleased customer, all of them unhappy because off their bad experiences with previous carpet cleaners. This is the reason why I decided to write this post. I am tiered of the people that put all the carpet cleaners in ‘bad people’ category. I understand that there are some bad carpet cleaners out there but there are some good ones too and I consider my self a good and experienced carpet cleaner. No one likes to be ripped off when they get their carpet cleaned. I don’t like to work for free and I haven’t meet any one that likes to work for free but when you are looking for a carpet cleaner and you find some one that will come out for only $40 or $50 dollars. I have to say that this can’t be a good sign. You want a carpet cleaner that uses good equipment, good cleaning solutions, you want them to be certified, license, bounded and for them to take their time to do a good job. If you find some one to advertise their work so low it’s just so they can come to your house and try to up sell you or they will do the worse job you ever seen. In the case you did choose one of those people to come to your house to clean your carpet and you are not happy, ill say it’s only your fault for believing that some one will work for free. So I will advise you as a customer to make a good decision and do some research before you clean your carpet and see how much money should you spend on your carpet cleaning and take in consideration any special requests that you might have.
